500 g marbled fillet of beef, 4 onions, 3 cloves of garlic, 2 tblsp. peanut oil, 1 tin of peeled, tomatoes (400 g drained weight), 3 tblsp. tomato purée, 3 tblsp. tomato ketchup, 300 ml light beer, 2 fresh red chili peppers, 1 tblsp. chili spice, Pepper, coarsely milled, 1 tsp. dried oregano, 1/2 tsp. cumin seeds, 1 tblsp. red wine vinegar, 2 tins of kidney beans (each 400 g drained weight), Salt, 2 squirts of Tabasco
